Policies you need to follow
1. Non-refundable $500.00 deposit for each week for each cottage is required upon confirmation. This can be made by cheque or e-transfer
2. For stays under a week, full balance is to be paid at the time of booking.
3. Balance to be paid upon arrival for weekly bookings.
4. Cottage to be left in same condition as arrival or cleaning fee will be charged.
5. Each cottage has an occupancy limit - zero tolerance for going over.
